The brief for this project was to create an aged oak pedestal table, with a circular top 1.5 metres in diameter.

But rather than going for the traditional round, lathed pedestal we came up with, an only slightly more, modern design. Instead making the pedestal octagonal.

This resulted in having to create a fair few jigs along the way.

The result is astonishing!
